I have tried so many mineral sunscreens because I know they are the absolute best protection for my skin. All of them were thick, hard to apply and left a white cast. Sunsei is perfect!!! It feels light, goes on smooth and easy, and leaves no white shadow; amazing! Oh, and there is almost no scent accept for a whisper of something light and clean. I leave one in my car, in my purse, on my bike and by my sink at home.

This sunscreen gets the job done for my whole family. My daughter has eczema and she’s never had a flare up using it. She uses it on her body and face. I’m super sensitive to smells and this has a very nice light scent when you first apply it but dissipates quickly. It might be too heavy on your face if you’re oily/ combo. I don’t put a separate moisturizer under it- I put it over a vitamin c serum and a hydrating toner. Love it!

Yes. We use non-nano zinc oxide, which is gentler on your skin and on coral reefs. Our formula uses lightweight, low-comedogenic plant oils - jojoba, sweet almond, and coco-caprylate - that are well-tolerated by most skin types.

Yes. Zinc oxide is one of the few actives that naturally blocks across the full UVA and UVB spectrum. We don't add chemical filters to supplement zinc oxide the way many competitors do to make mineral claims - we use the highest zinc oxide concentration allowed by the FDA, which is 25%.

We currently offer two sunscreen products (and growing): SPF 30 and SPF 45. SPF 30 blocks approximately 96.7% of UVB rays, and SPF 45 blocks approximately 97.8% - a modest but meaningful difference. Beyond SPF 50, the added protection becomes marginal (well under 1%), which is why dermatologists generally treat SPF 30–50 as the effective, evidence-backed range for daily and active use.
